Who we serve / Boutique hotels
A hotel guests remember, ready on opening day.
New build, conversion, PIP renovation or rebrand: SOV gives the property one accountable partner for sourcing, scoping and delivering creative work, so your team isn't managing a stack of independent vendors.

What's on your plate
Opening dates don't move.
Art and programming are often the last line on the punch list, and the first thing guests notice.
Pre-opening schedules leave no room for a commission that arrives late or a creative nobody can reach.
Work has to fit the flag, the design intent and the FF&E package, and still get ownership to say yes.
Renovations happen while you are open. Installs can't block the lobby or wake a floor.
A price that grows after the PO, through freight, framing or "extras," breaks the budget.
Housekeeping and engineering have to live with the work for years.
Pieces that could hang in any hotel, anywhere, and tell guests nothing about where they are.
“SOV gives the property one accountable partner for sourcing, scoping and delivering creative work.”
What you get
One partner from brief to opening week.
Milestones mapped to your pre-opening schedule, with approvals you can see.
Concepts reviewed against brand standards and your designer's package before anything is made.
Creatives from the destination, and story research that gives the property a point of view.
An arrival moment, a lobby focal point and live programming guests share.
After-hours windows coordinated with engineering, so operations keep running.
Saved standards and a preferred roster for the next opening or the next phase.

What we plan around
The fine print, handled early.
Codes, permits, approvals and rights are part of the job. We flag what applies in the first conversation and build it into the schedule and the budget.
What you can commission
Not sure what fits? Pick "Not sure yet" in the brief, and we'll recommend a direction.
Ways to work with SOV
Choose how you want to start.
Three tiers, from self-serve to a year-round program. Pick the one that sounds like you.
Post an opportunity
You choose. SOV gives you the platform.
Curated match
SOV finds the creative and runs it with you.
Creative program
Several spaces or year-round, one partner.
Every tier: vetted creatives, line-by-line pricing, and creatives never pay to take part. Software plans start with a free 30-day trial. Not sure which fits? Book a 20-minute call.
We already have a designer, and maybe an art consultant.
Good. We work alongside your design team. We can source local creatives for the pieces they specify, handle delivery for a creative they found, or run the whole program.
Can you do guest rooms at scale?
Yes. Most properties use originals in public areas and licensed editions in rooms. We source both and write the rights into the agreement.
Will the install disturb guests?
We plan installs around occupancy, in after-hours windows agreed with your engineering team, and we leave the space clean.
Talk with us
Rather talk it through first?
Not ready for a brief? Start with a conversation. A person on our team writes back, and there is no obligation.
