Who we serve  /  Workplaces and brand events

Openings and launches people talk about.

Live music, dance, live painting, workshops and original work for offices, restaurants, retail, venues and brand moments. SOV handles the run of show, the paperwork and the backup plan, so the day just works.

What's on your plate

One day. No second take.

An activation has a date, an audience and a room. Everything has to land at once.

The wrong fit

A performer or artist who doesn't suit the room, the crowd or the brand.

No-shows

A last-minute cancellation with no backup plan.

Venue requirements

COIs, load-in times, union jurisdiction and house rules nobody mentioned.

Sound and power

Surprises on the day: no outlets, sound limits, nowhere to set up.

Content rights

Great photos and video you are not sure you are allowed to use.

Disruption

Staff and customers who still need the space to work.

“One partner for the creative, the run of show and the paperwork.”

Questions we hear

Before you reach out.

More answers on how it works.

What if the performer cancels?

Every booking has a backup creative identified in advance, and your SOV contact handles the swap.

Can we use the photos and video?

Yes, within the rights written into the agreement. We agree photo, video and social use before the event.

Our venue is union. Is that a problem?

No. Tell us in the brief and we plan around house rules and jurisdiction from the start.
